I’m a Creative Director / Designer / Photographer / Author who’s been lucky enough to spend the past 25+ years shaping ideas, building brands, and leading some truly amazing teams. Design, for me, has always been about more than just making things look good — it’s about telling stories, sparking emotion, and finding the human connection in every project.
Over the years, I’ve worked across just about every medium you can imagine — digital, print, video, illustration, mobile, event — and what I’ve loved most is collaborating with people, solving problems together, and seeing an idea grow from a spark into something that makes a huge impact.
Now, I’m especially excited about the future — exploring how emerging technologies like AI can open up new ways of creating, engaging, and connecting. For me, it’s always been about exploring, pushing boundaries, staying curious, and making work that matters.

Citi's highest-value clients were stuck waiting — trades went through a financial advisor, and approval could take hours while markets moved. I led design on the rebuild, working across an internal team and two external agencies to ship a single coherent product. The new app gave clients real-time investing, a portfolio-first dashboard, and end-to-end wealth management, with the advisor still one tap away. Results: 95% cost reduction vs. the old workflow, roughly 2,500 new clients at launch, hundreds of thousands of daily active users, and a 75% drop in brokerage approval time.

eBay had decided to shut the affiliate advertising and creative production department down. Most of the staff had already been let go. I was asked if it could be saved and said yes. I rebuilt the operation around a single creative standard, streamlined workflows, and a 20+ person distributed design team out of Costa Rica that I'd worked with before. Within a short window, the unit was profitable and shipping across 30+ mid-market and enterprise clients at a standard the company hadn't seen from it before.
