Built Citi’s Presentation, Design & Video team from zero and stayed hands-on for almost a decade: executive presentations, credit cards and devices modeled and rendered in 3D, event design, mobile and web, print, motion, illustration and an internal photo studio, at half the cost and time of outside vendors. ● Built an AI-native pipeline into my workflow in 2023, two years ahead of Citi’s adoption, halving timelines and budgets. ● First design hire at Citi FinTech, the bank’s in-house startup. Designed its logo, identity and design system, including PowerPoint and Word templates for non-designers, and led the digital side of Citi’s rebrand. ● Designed and launched the Citigold mobile app for high-net-worth clients across multiple regions, bringing trading and financial advisor features into one product, with a 95% cost reduction and a 75% drop in approval time. ● Led design for the launch of the Citi Developer Hub, the bank’s first public API platform, and designed the API documentation myself. It opened with 6,700 signups and added hundreds more developers month over month.
