Under Citi Fintech designed and launched the Citigold mobile app, a consumer product integrating trading and Financial Advisor functionality for high-net-worth clients across multiple regions with a 95% cost reduction and a 75% drop in approval time. Led design for the launch of the Citi Developer Hub, a public API platform that marked a cultural shift the bank hadn’t made before, from closed enterprise institution to partner in an open ecosystem. Built Citi’s Presentation, Design & Video team from zero. Hired the people, set the quality bar, and ran all high-level design work across the bank: executive presentations, credit card design, event design, mobile and web, brand, print, motion, illustration, and an internal photo studio — delivering it all at half the cost and time of outside vendors. Brought AI workflows into the team’s production process in 2023 to cut time and budget, ahead of broader adoption inside the org.
